Wall Cladding & False Ceiling
Anti-Static & Conductive Flooring: Seamless antistatic conductive flooring with 2 mm thickness (or more) with perfectly curved flash covings.
Conductive synthetic seamless FRP (Fiberglass reinforced plastic) to cover the operation theatre floor with overall finished thickness of 6 mm including corner coving up to bottom of the wall panel.

MVAC:
The Heart of the System is custom designed Air Handling Units-both Chilled Water & DX. AHUs are designed having both the Cooling & Heating Coils- for Cooling & Dehumidification. Dehumidification process is carried thru a dedicated energy effcient Heat Pump. Cooling needs are achieved thru Buildings Chiller System or thru a Stand Alone VRF based Condensing Units.
OT AHUs are provided with Mixing Box for the return Air & the Fresh Air Intake having Motorized Dampers. AHUs have Filtration thru Pre & Fine Filters. To exhaust the stale air a dedicated exhaust arrangement is provided. Return Air Grills in SS Construction are provided with Dampers.
PT precise Designing ensures required Temperature and RH Levels and Ventilation Control for the Comfort of the surgical personnel, patients and to discourage the growth and transmission of microorganisms. Special low temperature requirements are provided in AHUs by providing a corresponding low temperature chilled water circuit.
OT AHUs constantly supply Filtered Air Volume of 20-25 ACH and Active Monitoring of Pressure is provided thru Pressure Display Monitor on our Controller . Humidity and Temperature Sensors are provided in the return air duct for System Control. OT AHU is provided with VFD to allow to cater for HEPA Filter Loading.
