ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL UNITS (ECU)
- Medical Equipment in MRI, CT Scan, Cath Labs etc., are sensitive to temperature and Humidity.
- Keeping this in view, PUJNIK ECS Units are designed to maintain stable Temperature & Humidity in the Diagnostic Centers. These are designed with absolute redundancy & Risk Management.
- PUJNIK ECUs provide proper temperature & humidity -in Control Room, Scan Room & Equipment Room as per Vendor Specifications - which is vital for the performance of the Sensitive Equipment. Any deviation in Temperature & Humidity Levels can cause damage to the precise instruments of these machines.
- ECS units are available in both DX & Chilled Water Options. In Chilled Water application, the buildings primary chiller feeds the requirement of Chilled Water. For the stand alone MRI & Cath Labs DX application is available with energy Effcient Variable Refrigeration Flow (VRF) Condensing Units. VRF Condensing Units are connected to specially designed Double Skin Air Handling Units to provide the Cooling & Humidity.
- Air Handling Units have a Cooling Coil, Heating Coil with a dedicated Heat Pump for the de-humidification process. AHUs have a mixing Box for the return air, fresh air & Exhaust for the stale air. AHUs are provided with VFD Drive Motors to save on energy as the System runs 24x7. To maintain better Indoor Air Quality, AHUS is provided with pre an fine filters to ensure Dust Free atmosphere in the Imaging Rooms.
- PUJNIK ECS is provided with a touch screen display Controller to display and modulate temperature, humidity and pre or Fine Filter.
